PAYMENT
Outerspace by Green Theory accepts EFT/ACH, E-transfer, wires and cheques. 50% deposits are required to start production with the final balance due prior to shipping.
CURRENCIES
All orders are billed in US Dollars for the United States and CDN in Canada.
PRICING
Quotes are valid for 90 days.
TAX & DUTIES
All orders are shipped from the Outerspace warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia or Tillsonburg, Ontario. Domestic taxes will be applicable and will be based on where the order is shipped.
For orders shipping outside of Canada, Outerspace products ship duty-free under CUSMA (The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement). All cross border fees are handled by Green Theory.
SHIPPING TIME
At the time of shipment, an estimator will reach out with a tracking number that can communicate lead time of your shipment. Please note that the aforementioned transit times and are not necessarily guaranteed, and incidental issues can happen with LTL/FTL shipments. Outerspace will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are listed in every quote. If you would like to set up your own shipping, please note a $100 per pallet, palletization fee will be incurred.
CUSTOMS NOTICE FOR US ORDERS
Please note that while all Outerspace products are duty-free under CUSMA (The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement), the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency requires any order with a value of over USD $2,500.00 to be registered under either a SSN for personal purchases, or an EIN for commercial purchases. Customers will be contacted directly by Outerspace or our shipper for this information prior to shipping. Failure to provide the information within a timely manner will result in shipping delays.
CARRIER LOSS
If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported at the time the order is received. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.
RETURNS
Please contact your project estimator to discuss options. As all orders are made to order, there are limited options for returns.
Outerspace IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal or repair;
- Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party;
- Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment;
- Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods;
- Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear.
Outerspace advises carefully reviewing the product specifications and instructions prior to installation; installation or improper use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.
